This R&R Retreat offers the best in a wellness experience to fully recalibrate physically, mentally, and energetically. Your pick of R's: Rest, Relax, Revive, Rejuvenate, Renew, Retreat, and Resilience.  The best part of this program is you will be shifting your personal "Dukha" (suffering, pain, discontent, sorrow, affliction, social alienation, anxiety, dissatisfaction, discomfort, and frustration) to "Moksha" (freedom, liberation, rebirth) with workshops, relaxation, spa time, yoga, meditation, and fun! The magical moments will blow you away! Come and enjoy all that Vermont has to offer during this beautiful time of the year. You will have new experiences and make new friends. The weekend will combine yoga, meditation, human design, and emotion coding, life coaching, and amazing group activities and meals. Anticipate this to be a super fun and magical weekend. You will be able to find your Moksha (freedom) easier than ever before.


Start the day with a meditation. This guided meditation will enable you to start your day with clarity and a renewed sense of calm. If you have never meditated before, come try it. The benefits are many.


If you have never practiced yoga or if you have a regular practice, you will love practicing here.

The enLiven instructors will guide you in centering with yoga.


The group will be lead in exercises to discover your human design and to release emotions that prevent you from living in alignment with your purpose.  Brenda Stoeke is a magical moments facilitator trained and certified in both Human Design and Emotion Code - discover your personal blueprint and your reason for Being here!

-Team events

There will be social events both Friday and Saturday evenings for people to gather, get to know each other, let off steam, and have a great time including painting and singing by the fire next to the river


Plan on arriving between 3:00 - 4:00 pm on Friday to check into your room, unpack, and unwind. There will be a welcoming circle with meditation and/or yoga class at 4:30 and then the group will enjoy a delicious dinner. There will be a team event in the lounge following dinner and later at the outdoor fire pit. You wouldn’t want to miss this opportunity to bond with other retreat goers.


A light snack will be available before you begin the day’s activities in the dining room starting at 07:30. There will be a guided meditation and/or yoga will from 08:30 - 10:00 followed by breakfast from 10:00 - 11:00. After breakfast is the first workshop until 13:00. Lunch will be served from 1:00 - 2:00 pm.

After lunch, the group will meet in the lobby to go on a light afternoon hike. There will be a few hours of free time to journal or relax before coming back for a yoga/meditation class that will wrap up at 6:15 so you have time to freshen up before the group dinner at 7:00. After dinner, meet everyone at the firepit for fun and games and howling at the moon


Snack and coffee will be served at 07:30 and meditation and/or yoga will be offered at 08:30 and will run until 10:00. Freshen up and pack up and join the group for the final workshop at 11:00. Here we will recap all the learning and experiences of the weekend.

Brunch will follow and then you can check out and prepare to return to your lives and family in the early afternoon on Sunday.
